However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for an exchange or store credit. Full refund will be applied to product manufacturing defects only. It is important that you strictly follow the information below to be eligible for a refund.
Refunds and Returns Policy to our Retail Customers
If any items purchased are damaged or defective, they can be returned and a full refund (of the total product cost) or replacement will be provided.
In this instance, please contact us within 7 working days after goods are received. Please also provide details about the manner in which the goods are damaged or defective.
Products may not be returned if items have been used.
If your order is returned due to change of mind, incorrect choice, mistake made by you - Pure Living at its sole discretion have the rights to reclaim shipping costs which are charged to us by the couriers and restocking cost if packaging has been opened or damaged. Therefore these cost will be deducted from your order paid total.
