We generally deliver products Australia-wide using Aramex or Australia Post. However, we reserve the right to use other courier / delivery organisations at our discretion from time to time. A flat fee of AU$10.00 (incl. GST) applies for shipping to New South Wales, Northern Territory, Australian Capital Territory, Tasmania, South Australia, Victoria and Queensland for purchases under $100. Free delivery is available for all orders over AUD$100.00 (incl. GST). We will endeavour to dispatch orders within 2 business days. Shipping times are estimated between 3-5 business days depending on your location in Australia.
Estimated delivery times. Delivery times are estimates only and we are not liable for minor delays in delivery.
Unexpected delay. This condition applies if something happens which is beyond our reasonable control which makes it impossible, more difficult or more expensive for us to perform our obligations in our usual way. In those cases we may wait until it is again possible for us to perform our obligations in our usual way without additional difficulty or expense and we are not liable for any delay which results. Without limiting those general words, that applies where we have problems due to accidents, strikes, transport difficulties or stock shortages.
